Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these Terms of Service is to define the terms and conditions for the use of RIA services and any associated supplementary services (collectively referred to as the “Services”) operated by Riad Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”). By agreeing to these Terms, users are able to access and use the Services without entering into separate agreements.
Article 2 (Definitions)
The terms used in these Terms of Service are defined as follows:
- Website: The website “http://riad-ai.com,” which the Company operates to provide the Services.
- Member: An individual or entity that has agreed to these Terms and entered into a service agreement with the Company to use the Services.
- Service: All services provided to Members through the Company’s Website, including hotel information, quote requests, hotel recommendations, price comparisons, and more.
Article 3 (Posting and Amendments to the Terms)
- The Company shall post the contents of these Terms in a location easily accessible to Members, such as on the main screen of the Service. The content of the Terms may be made available through a linked page.
- The Company may amend these Terms to the extent that such amendments do not violate relevant laws, such as the "Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce," the "Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions," the "Basic Act on Electronic Documents and Transactions," the "Electronic Financial Transactions Act," the "Digital Signature Act," the "Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection," the "Door-to-Door Sales Act," and the "Consumer Basic Act."
- In the event of amendments to these Terms, the Company shall specify the effective date and reason for the amendments, and announce them on the website at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date. For changes affecting Members’ rights or obligations, the Company shall provide a minimum thirty (30)-day prior notice.
- If a Member does not explicitly express their intent to terminate the agreement by the effective date of the amendments, the Member shall be deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms.
- Matters not specified in these Terms and the interpretation thereof shall follow relevant laws, such as the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, or prevailing commercial practices.
Article 4 (Membership Registration and Management)
- A service agreement is established when a user, after agreeing to these Terms during registration, submits a membership application, and the Company accepts it.
- Members who provide false information or fail to enter accurate details are ineligible for legal protection and may be restricted from using the Services.
